Cancellation Policy
All deposit are non refundable. You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment time and welcome to reschedule for a future date only ONCE. Clients who cancel appointments in less than 24 hours will lose their deposits and receive a charge worth 25% of the service cost. If you are a no-show you will be charged the full price of the service and you will not be able to book future services online. No exceptions.
